Acceptable & Unaccetable IDs
It’s ok to provide two photo IDs but, not required. All applicants must have two forms of ID. Primary must be a government and/or state-issued photo ID and accompanying with a none photo ID. There are two forms of IDs, Acceptable & Non-acceptable/Unacceptable. The two forms of IDs are listed below but, not limited to what's listed. A secondary acceptable ID is any type of document with a traceable mark to its holder.

- U.S. passport Book and/or Card
- U.S. Military ID (active or retired, and DOD civilians)
- Permanent Resident and/or Work Permit Card
- DHS-designated enhanced driver’s license
- Driver's License and/or State photo identity card (issued by DMV)
- A foreign government-issued passport
- Canadian driver’s license

- DHS Trusted Traveler cards
- Insurance and/or Vehicle registration card
- Border Crossing Card
- Rental Leasing agreement (must be computerized)
- Native American Tribal Photo ID
- An airline or airport-issued ID (if issued under a TSA-approved security plan)
- Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

You will NOT be able to open a mailbox with us if you present any of the following. This listed item is not limited to.
Unacceptable IDs:
not satisfactory or allowable.

- ACT ticket alone
- Child-Find ID card
- Fishing or hunting license
- ID issued by an employer
- ID letter that is not an official ACT identification letter
- Learner’s driving permit (if it doesn’t include a photo)
- Temporary/replacement driver’s license (if it doesn’t include a photo)
- Passport or other photo ID so old that the person presenting it cannot be identified
- Photocopies or reproductions od document or ID
- Photos issued by a business for promotional purposes (e.g., amusement parks)
- Printed, stamped, or photocopied signatures
- Report card
- Traffic ticket, even with a physical description and signature
- Webpage with photo

- Birth certificate
- Social Security card
- Credit, charge, bank or check cashing cards, even with photo
- Diploma
- Family portrait or graduation picture, even if the name is imprinted on the photo
- Organization membership card
- Personal recognition by anyone, including members/employees of the company, classmates, parents, counselors, and teachers
- Photo ID of parents
- Photo with your name embossed or printed on it by a photographer
- Police report of a stolen wallet or purse
- Published photo, including yearbook or newspaper
- Telephone calls to counselors, teachers, or school officials
- Transcript, even with photo
